You have to do the following settings in order to access the engine control units of the 8J:
- Go to SETTINGS -> TWEAKS -> OBD TIMING and select the control unit "01* ENGINE" (not "01 ENGINE", the "*" is important).
- Set BLOCK DELAY to 085.
- SAVE SETTINGS
When selecting the ECU for the presets or a measurement, make sure to select "01* ENGINE" and not "01 ENGINE".
If you want to access other control units as well, perform the same steps as above, but with the corresponding control unit.
Bei praktisch allen Fahrzeugen mit RNS-E funktionert das FIS-Control 2.2 bzw. FIS-Control light zum Anzeigen von Messwerten im Tachodisplay. Daher ist nicht geplant, ein FIS-Control für die Anzeige von Messwerte auf dem RNS-E-Display zu entwickeln.
Ich glaube das Turbozentrum gibt jetzt nur noch Rabatt auf Ware, die denen im Lager im Weg ist.

Ja, die GPS-Maus wird an die RS232-Buchse vom FIS-Control angeschlossen. Stromversorgung für die GPS-Maus muss separat verkabelt werden, die kommt nicht per RS232.

Du könntest testen, ob Startlogo, Autostart bei Motorstart und Zugriff auf alle Steuergeräte funktioniert. Mir sind da beim TT aber keine Einschränkungen bekannt.

eigentlich sollte Liniendiagramm und Snake funktionieren, wenn die Modifikation "TT-Tacho" aktiv ist.
Hinweis: Alle Modifikationen werden erst aktiv, nachdem man auf EINSTELLUNGEN -> SPEICHERN gegangen ist und das FIS-Control neu gestartet hat (also Zündung aus -> Zündung an).
For the Golf 5 there is no need to recode anything in order to use the FIS-Control.
I don't know if you have to change something for the Bluetooth module.
Hi, I can't give a recommendation for a specific sensor. Actually every Type-K thermocouple should work with the FIS-Control.
Just look that your probe is intended for installation in a car as EGT probe.

Ah ok. KWP2027 should work with the FIS-Control. That you can read the ECU INFO with the FIS-Control sbows that it can communicate with the ABS control unit.
Have you tried to read the ABS control while driving? This may not work. As a security measure, the ABS control unit only allows diagnosis while vehicle speed is 0 or at least very low.
Sorry, the FIS-Control does not support the KWP3027 protocol. I actually don't even know it.
I already added a feature for AFR. But it might not work with all ECUs yet, as they could use different formulas to transmit the lambda values.
Please enable SETTINGS -> USER MODS -> AFR. Save the settings and restart the FIS-Control by turning the ignition off and on again.

Das mit den Startlogos für das Farb-FIS ist nicht so einfach. Je mehr Details ein Bild hat, umso mehr CAN-Kommandos muss das FIS-Control an den Tacho schicken. Deswegen brauchen die Audi-Ringe auch schon ziemlich lange, bis sie komplett angezeigt werden.
Ich versuche da schon zu optimieren, so gut es geht, das ist aber viel Handarbeit. Deswegen kann ich auch keinen Startlogo-Generator für das Farb-FIS bereitstellen. Auf Knopfdruck geht das halt leider nicht.
Vielleicht ist nur die Kompass-Anzeige vom Navi im Weg. Stell mal im SETUP vom Navi den Kompass aus.

Oh, das ist ein Problem. Das UDS-Protokoll unterstützt das FIS-Control nicht.
Ich wusste garnicht, dass im 8P Steuergeräte mit UDS-Protokoll verbaut wurden. Welchen Motor hast du?
Das FIS-Control wirst du wohl zurückgeben müssen. Das UDS-Protokoll vom 8P werde ich nicht unterstützen.
Nein, da muss man nichts freischalten. Kannst du bitte mit VCDS mal schauen, welches Diagnose-Protokoll dein Motorsteuergerät spricht?
Verbinde dich dazu einfach mit dem Steuergerät und lese beispielsweise einen Messwertblock ein. Das benutzte Protokoll zeigt VCDS oben links an. da steht dann z.B. "Protokoll: CAN" oder "Protokoll: UDS":
Kommst du auf andere Steuergeräte? Z.B CAN-Gateway (19) oder Tacho (17).
Stelle mal unter EINSTELLUNGEN -> OPTIMIERUNGEN -> OBD-TIMING für das Steuergerät "01* MOTOR" das BLOCK DELAY auf "085".
Probier dann nochmal mit ECU INFO oder MESSUNG eine Verbindung zum Steuergerät aufzubauen.
Wenn das steht "Verbindung fehlgeschlagen", dann hast du doch nicht den Eintrag mit "*" gewählt.
Hier zwei neue Startlogos. Die Vorlagen von Jajobe kann ich leider nicht umsetzen.
